Adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed. If payment has already been received for an order that WUCHU is unable to fulfil, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

All prices displayed on the WUCHU’s website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated. Prices will be displayed together with applicable tax information as required. WUCHU reserves the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will generally not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious typographical, technical, system, or pricing error.

If WUCHU cancels an order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
Payments on the WUCHU’s website may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay. Depending on the payment methods made available at checkout, customers may be able to pay using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported payment methods. Payment processing is subject to the terms, security procedures, and applicable policies of the relevant payment provider. WUCHU does not intend to store complete credit-card or debit-card information on its own website servers. An order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. WUCHU will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on the website or through order-related communications. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, transportation disruptions, operational circumstances, or other events outside our reasonable control. Any delivery timeframe displayed on the website should therefore be understood as an estimated timeframe unless expressly stated otherwise.

Order cancellation is governed by the WUCHU’s Cancellation Policy. Where permitted, customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact WUCHU as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. All WUCHU branding, logos, trademarks, product photographs, product images, product descriptions, website designs, graphics, videos, text, illustrations, layouts, and other original content appearing on the WUCHU’s website are owned by or licensed to WUCHU unless otherwise stated.
